My friend owned a beautiful whippet who sadly passed away last year from serious health problems. I really miss Gemma and hope to own one of my own one day. Meanwhile, I will browse your website and look at your beautiful poochies and stop and chat to whippets and their owners when my friend and I go walking.  Do you have any recent pics of Shari ? She is just adorable, just like her Mum.

Hi Karen, we have just adopted a gorgeous four year old dog we named Max, from the RSPCA in Launceston, Tas. We have no history for him as he was found as a stray, however he is underweight and has a couple of scars where he has been mistreated. He is slowly becoming more trusting towards our family however is still very anxious at loud sounds (especially yelling) we adore him so much as he just has the most lovely temprament our daughter has always been worried around dogs but he has helped her to see that some dogs have a nice nature and his affectionate and gentle manner have been so welcome to our house. He is so different to the dog we brought home just one week ago but I can't imagine how we ever lived without him, I can understand your passion for the breed. I loved looking through your sight - Thankyou.

A wonderful website and it's easy to see why whippet owners are so very passionate about their dogs! Absolutely longing for one quite soon even at the risk of the cats leaving home.. would love to hear when you have more puppies due!

Sadly, Chase,  our adored pet whippet girl died last week, she would have been 15 in September.  Her partner Toby is fretting of course.  Although we promised ourselves we would not invite this grief again and Toby is the absolute Last Whippet ....can't help thinking there might be another lovely girl needing to be rescued sometime in the future...we are not breeders...just think the couch looks bare with just one whippet.

Hi - saw your website on the whippet forum, so I thought I'd check out the Australian Whippet scene! Your dogs are lovely! I have a brindle whippet called Bill - who I adore! I waited 25 years to get a whippet and now cannot imagine my life without one. I wish you lots of luck with your new puppies. Best wishes Liz
